About Us:
We’re a full-service marketing agency offering Social Media Management, Branding, Web Development, and Paid Ad Campaigns. We’re looking for a Business Development Officer who can take charge of the entire sales process—from finding leads to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through online research, cold outreach, and networking

Qualify leads and understand their digital marketing needs

Present tailored service proposals based on client requirements

Handle follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding

Maintain records of outreach, leads, and closed deals via CRM tools

Requirements:

1–2 years of business development/sales experience (preferably in marketing or digital services)

Strong written and spoken communication (English)

Confident in pitching to clients both online and in-person

Basic understanding of marketing agency services (social, web, branding, ads)

Self-motivated and target-driven personality
