We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist (1–2 years of experience) to join our growing team. This role is all about driving e-commerce sales and high-intent leads through Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.

Compensation: Competitive package in the range of PKR 80,000 – PKR 120,000/month, based on proven campaign results and experience.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (FB/IG), Google, and TikTok ads to deliver sales and positive-intent leads
• Build and manage lead gen funnels and e-commerce conversion campaigns that hit ROAS/CPA targets
• Monitor performance daily; analyze metrics to identify what’s working, fix what’s not, and scale winners
• Run structured A/B tests (audiences, creatives, copy, placements, landing pages)
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure ads convert, not just look good
• Create weekly/monthly reports highlighting results, learnings, and next steps
• Stay up to date with platform changes and growth hacks for performance marketing
What We’re Looking For
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience running performance campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Proven ability to generate e-commerce sales and qualified leads — with examples/metrics to show results. Preferred experience in E-Commerce Sales and Real Estate lead generation.
• Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution, GA4, Pixels, and UTMs
• Analytical and data-driven; can translate numbers into actionable insights
• Comfortable managing budgets and achieving positive ROI/ROAS
• Organized, proactive, and growth-driven with an agency mindset
