About the Role
AKSA is seeking a Creative Design Associate — a visual storyteller who can turn ideas into impactful design. You’ll work closely with our communications and strategy teams to create presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for clients across South Asia, Europe, and the MENA region.
The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of layout and design, proficiency in Adobe tools, and experience working with tech and B2B brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Design social media posts, brochures, flyers and other marketing collateral and presentations with a modern, minimal aesthetic.
• Create visual layouts, icons, and infographics to communicate technical ideas clearly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and align on creative direction.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
• Support project timelines and deliverables through efficient coordination.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Canva.
• Strong eye for layout, composition, and typography.
• Prior experience designing for technology or B2B brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
Nice to Have
• Experience designing corporate or investor presentations.
• Understanding of branding and visual identity systems.
• Motion or animation design experience (optional).
