Senior Graphic Designer (2–3 Years Experience)

Job Description

We’re looking for a designer who gets social — someone who can turn ideas into bold, scroll-stopping visuals that align with brand goals and trends. Bonus if you can work your magic across ad creatives, branding, UI, and AI-powered tools.
🎨 Your Role:
Design eye-catching, on-brand content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads & more
Create ad creatives, visual branding, and digital assets that stand out
Collaborate with the strategy and content team to bring ideas to life
Support in web UI mockups and wireframes using Figma
Do light editing and video cutdowns for reels/stories
Utilize AI tools to speed up workflows, generate concepts, and enhance creativity
Keep visual content aligned with trends and organized within templates/systems
🧠 Must-Haves:
2–3 years of hands-on design experience, especially in digital & social media
A solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and brand identity
Bonus: Experience in ad creatives, branding, and UI design
Quick editing skills for short-form video content
Comfortable using and exploring AI tools to boost productivity and creativity
🧰 Tools You Should Know:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Figma
Canva
CapCut Pro
AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT (or similar)
📍 Karachi (Full Time)
💸 Budget: PKR 60 to 100k (May be more based on experience)
