Social Media Executive (Design Focused)

Job Description

We’re hiring a Social Media Executive with a strong design focus to manage day to day social media and create high quality, on brand visuals consistently. This is a hands on execution role for someone who can think creatively, design fast, and stay organized with calendars and content planning.

Work setup:
Fully remote
5 days a week
9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What you’ll be doing:
Daily management of social media pages, posting, scheduling, and basic community handling
Designing and adapting social media posts for different formats and platforms
Developing content ideas, themes, and monthly content calendars
Supporting creative boards and concepts for social pages
Keeping visuals consistent with a strong eye for layout, typography, and brand style
Tracking what performs well and improving content based on results

Design is a core part of this role. You’ll be expected to design regularly, not just coordinate. You should be comfortable creating polished social assets quickly, adapting templates, and producing multiple versions for different platforms while keeping the quality consistent. Strong command of Canva is a must, and Adobe experience is a plus.
