We’re hiring a Community & Growth Lead! 🚀 (Pakistan-Based / Remote)

Do you love connecting people? Are you a pro at creating Reels that stop the scroll? We are building a P2P marketplace and need a creative “engine” to lead our community.

The Role:
• Create: Produce viral-worthy Reels, TikToks, and graphics.
• Grow: Build our community in UAE/PK digital spaces organically.
• Engage: Be the friendly, helpful voice of our brand on social media.
• Support: Bridge the gap between our users and the Founders.
• Manage: Brand’s social media pages

Who You Are:
• Bilingual: Fluent in English & Urdu.
• Creative: Master of CapCut, Canva, and current social trends.
• Analytical: Comfortable with Ads Manager and tracking ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Culturally Savvy: You understand the “shopping heart” of Pakistan and can quickly “culture-hack” what’s trending in the UAE.
• A “People Person”: You value trust, positivity, and making customers smile.
