Job Title: Senior Multimedia Designer
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Reports To: Design Director
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Senior Multimedia Designer with Motion Graphics expertise to join our design team. As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and interactive visual content across various platforms. You’ll use a combination of graphics, animation, audio, and video to produce captivating multimedia experiences. This includes designing websites, animations, interactive presentations, and more. We are looking for a well-rounded designer with a strong toolkit, ranging from traditional design skills to expertise in AI-based design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and design multimedia content, including graphics, animations, and interactive presentations for a variety of platforms.
• Utilize AI design tools, such as Midjourney, Runway, Krea, and / or Comfy UI, to generate engaging and innovative visual content.
• Apply UX/UI design knowledge, particularly in Figma, to create user-friendly interfaces and layouts.
• Use Adobe After Effects for creating high-quality animations, ensuring smooth transitions and engaging motion graphics.
• Create high-quality visual designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, adhering to the latest design trends and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and content teams, to deliver cohesive multimedia experiences.
• Experiment with and incorporate 3D elements where applicable, enhancing the multimedia content with depth and dimension.
• Stay updated on design trends, color theory, and composition principles to produce visually appealing and relevant content.9. Take ownership of projects from ideation through execution, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in graphic design and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in AI design tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Krea, and Comfy UI for generating visual content.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles with hands-on experience in Figma.
• Advanced animation skills using Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics and engaging visual storytelling.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for high-quality graphic design work.
• Familiarity with 3D design tools is a plus, though not required.
• Impeccable design sense with a keen understanding of trends, colors, and composition.
• Proven experience in creating interactive and multimedia content across various digital platforms.
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs on time.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
