Job Description
1. Content Strategy and Planning
Collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to understand their goals, target audience, and brand positioning.
Brainstorming with internal creative teams for the video content amplification aligned with the IMC campaigns for existing clients and pitches.
Develop comprehensive content strategies aligned with clients’ objectives and target audience preferences.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital and social media platforms.
2. Content Creation and Production
Create engaging and impactful content for various digital and social media channels, including but not limited to social media posts, brand videos, brand reels, influencer marketing content ideation and IO Digital’s brand social content.
Write and edit clear, concise, and compelling content ideas on a monthly basis through content calendar for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency which can be developed through mobile devices or lean production equipment.
Act as the new age content creator for shooting, editing the content.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to develop visually appealing and innovative content series.
Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, social and digital media best practices, SEO best practices, and legal requirements.
3. Client Relationship Management
Act as point of contact for clients for social content creation, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on content performance and progress.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance clients’ digital presence through content recommendations and campaign ideas.
Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into content strategies and deliverables.
4. Analytics and Reporting
Track and analyse content performance using various analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics, insights, and recommendations for clients.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content strategies and achieve clients’ goals.
Qualifications:
1 – 3 Years of experience in content creation, video production, or media sciences.
A degree in Design, Marketing, Media Sciences, or a related field.
Strong skills in managing smartphone (iPhone) camera for shoots i.e., reels and live sessions
Strong skills in shooting and editing content using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
Solid understanding of platform-specific trends across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Ability to brainstorm, script, and execute video content aligned with brand goals.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and clients.
