YouTube Specialist

Job Description

We’re looking for a YouTube Specialist who can help us grow and manage our channel through both organic strategies and paid campaigns.

Responsibilities:
• Upload and optimize videos for maximum reach (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails).
• Develop organic growth strategies to increase subscribers, watch time, and engagement.
• Plan and run targeted YouTube Ads for better reach and conversions.
• Track analytics, provide performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with YouTube algorithm changes and trends.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in YouTube content growth (portfolio or examples required).
• Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and audience targeting.
• Ability to work with both organic and paid marketing approaches.
• Creative thinking and strong communication skills.
