  • Service Fee: The fee charged by LEAD Creatives for using the platform.

3. User Accounts

  • Users must create an account to use certain features of the website.
  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  • Users agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and update their information as necessary.

4. Posting Projects

  • Clients may post projects with detailed descriptions, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Projects must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • LEAD Creatives reserves the right to remove any project that violates these terms.

5. Bidding and Proposals

  • Freelancers may submit bids and proposals for posted projects.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and selecting freelancers based on their qualifications and proposals.

6. Payments

  • Clients must pay for completed work through LEAD Creatives.
  • Freelancers will receive payment after the client approves the work.
  • LEAD Creatives uses a secure third-party payment processor. Users agree to abide by the payment processor’s terms and conditions.

7. Service Fees

  • There are 3 membership plans monthly, half yearly and yearly.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable.

8. Dispute Resolution

9. Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of the content they create and submit.
  • By posting content on LEAD Creatives, users grant LEAD Creatives the chance to use, display, and distribute the content on the platform.

10. Confidentiality

  • Users agree to keep information related to projects and transactions confidential.
  • Users must not disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.

11. Prohibited Activities

    • Users must not engage in any activity that:
      • Violates any law or regulation.
      • Infringes on any third party’s rights.
      • Is fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful.
      • Interferes with the operation of LEAD Creatives.

12. Termination
