We’re Y Productions — a fast-growing production agency creating bold, meaningful commercial work. We’re looking for a mid to senior-level Producer to join our core team.

If you’ve got experience leading shoots, managing clients, and making things happen (without losing your cool), you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

You should have:
– 3-5 years of experience in production (commercials, digital, branded content)
– Strong client handling and team management skills
– A sharp eye for detail and calm under pressure
– The ability to take a project from brief to delivery
– be a team player and open to exploring new ideas
